All the Insolvency Professionals are required to submit Half Yearly Return (including Members having no assignment).
15th April, 2024 i.e, the last date for submission of Half Yearly Return for the period ending on 31st March, 2024.
The Late fees of Rs. 1000/- shall be levied on submissions w.e.f 16th May, 2024 and an additional late fees of Rs. 500 per month (for full or part of the month) for continuing defaults occurring on 16th June, 2024.
